If you have a customer, you need to arrange a viewing tour. As a part of our partnership properties will be shown by our experts and they will focus on completing the sale successfully

When you have arranged a viewing tour with the customer, you need to send an e-mail to partner@tekce.com

We will supply you with a template reservation e-mail that contains the customer’s contact details and wish list

Based on our real estate partnership structure, you get a report of your customers’ viewing tour on the next day

Even this customer has contacted with Antalya Homes previously, we consider the customer as yours. Because arranging a Viewing Tour is more valuable

What We Expect

You should follow up with your customer and prepare him for Viewing Tour

As a part of our real estate partnership agreement, we should be the sole agency

You should not alter the sales prices and specifications from our property portfolio. Honesty is the best policy

What We DON'T Do

We do not register the customer for follow-up. We work only on a Viewing Tour basis in our real estate collaborations

We do not share any property information (photos, location, price list, etc) with our partners for customer preparation purposes. The customer needs to know that there is a trustworthy company with hundreds of property selections. We find further communication useless and time-wasting
