* 844 € x 60 months, 25% cheaper interest than the bank

Upon contract signing you get your apartments key directly. You can move in after signature.

If you pay 50% of your loan, you may have get you title deed (tapu) on your name.

Buyer pays tapu costs and 1,5% hypotheek cost of the loan amount.
